Geotargeting Strategy
for a Luxury Homes Community
The Challenge: With homes priced from $700K–$1M+ in a city with a median home value of ~$475k, this developer’s target audience represents a very small segment of the home buyer population. Our challenge is to identify, target, and convert the right online users into sales leads.
The Strategy: In our work with this client, we discovered a significant portion of the client’s qualified home buyer leads were relocating from the Northeastern United States. We reallocated a portion of the client’s digital marketing budget to geotarget ads to specific demographics within those Northeastern locations.
The Results: Within the first 4 months, the client had experienced positive results, including a 19% increase in total website traffic and an 81% increase in website leads over the previous 4 months.
