Content Marketing for a Local Commercial Center

The Challenge: Our objective was to help the client lease 60% of the available commercial space within the center’s newest mixed-use commercial building to a variety of successful businesses by May 2021.

The Strategy: The comprehensive marketing plan for this project included digital advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, direct mail, media engagement, and content marketing. We executed a content marketing campaign announcing a committed anchor tenant, with the goal of generating a buzz around the new building. This campaign included a video interview, press release, blog post, email blast, and coordinated social media release.

The Results: The announcement was shared widely by local companies, organizations, and individuals. To date, the client’s announcement has reached 1,383% more users on average and generated 2,716% more engagement on average than all of their past social media content.
